Some clients get disassociated with reason code 8

We have NX5500 controllers and bunch of 7532 APs running on WiNG 5.9
For some reason just recently some clients stopped getting IP addresses (they just get those reserved 169.x.x.x IPs). They seem to be able to connect to the wifi network, just not getting IPs.
While other clients work just fine.

Doesn't matter what device, it could be IBM laptop or iPhone, they just can't connect to one particular WLAN but they CAN connect to other WLANs without problems.
Attached is the log for one client when it was trying to connect.

Hello @st3rling ,

Try clearing DHCP bindings to see if this helps.

#clear ip dhcp bindings all

Use "?" at end of command for more options.

Thank you Christoph! Even though our DHCP is not on the controller, you pointed me in the right direction and after rebuilding the pool on Huawei firewall, everything started to work.
