AP410e requires 802.11at or stronger power supply (on the POE switch, where it connects, or via POE injector). While with AP310e you can freely play with power budget and "save" available Watts for more APs connected to one switch, with AP410e, this is not the case. Even with BT radio and second GE port disabled.
