You can also search the web for how to docs and videos that you can refer to, but ultimately these devices are enterprise level and courses are taken to master the WING OS so you may need to open GTAC tickets along the configuration journey!

BR,

Hello @johnie,

There are too many possibilities to have an all encompassing document for this. The gist of it is as follows:

1 - Hardware controller of VX9000 to manage all sites (rf-domains)

2 - At each site you will have the APs deployed and one will be automatically elected as the RF-domain manager (RFDM)

3 - All APs at the remote sites will communicate with the local RFDM and only the RFDM will communicate with the controller. so if you have 10 site, 10 APs will be communicating with the controller versus 100s or 1000s. This will significantly reduce the load on your networks.

I would suggest you reach out to the partner or account manager to help you design and deploy your equipment and we're here to help post deployment with any issues you may face.

The guides are all encompassing and tell you how to do something as long as you know what it is you'd like to do, but will not help when it comes to design and deployment.

Here's an article with scenarios pertaining to the WiNG MiNT protocol: https://community.extremenetworks.com/zxxfm75553/attachments/zxxfm75553/ExtremeWireless_WiNG/2319/2/WiNG5_MiNT.pdf

BR,
