The NX9500-100AD-WR hardware appliance running ADSP version 9.x does not have an option to check the appliances power supply status via the GUI but I will need to investigate and verify information pertaining to the ADSP CLI. The best method to troubbleshoot the power supply status on this model hardware appliance would be to verify the LED status and Error beep codes as noted in the NX 9500 Series Enterprise NOC Wireless Lan Controller Guide.
Here is the link where this guide is posted:

http://documentation.extremenetworks.com/ExtremeWireless/NX9500_SERIES_ENTERPRISE_NOC_IG_MN001685A01...

Shay I will research if there are options to check the NX9500 power supply status via ADSP CLI and get back to you ASAP

Hope this helps?
ADSP 9.3 does have an Alarm under:

Platform Health>Platform>Redundant Power Supply Failure

If you have that enabled, ADSP can send an alert as configured (email, sendmail). It will also be in the Alarm tab in an Active state as long as one of the power supplies is not getting power.
This command does require root access. Something we do not have. Can this be a feature request to have a GUI look at the system health? Including the power supplies? CPU, Memory, NIC, Pwr Supply... This would be good for those who monitor these systems remotely and cannot visually see the status LED lights. On WiNG this is a simply thing to do.

Hello Shay - good news to report here. I discussed the "ADSP CLI commands for the NX9500 power supply status" enhancement request with our AirDefense Business Unit - BU where they confirmed they are planning this for the next release after ADSP 9.5 as 9.5 is planned for Q4, but it's already commited so it is a bit late to get this particular functionality added into the GA 9.5 release...

We can look forward to this functionality very soon.

FYI - I am still in discussions with the AirDefense BU regarding the enhancement request to get the Health Report header updated to include the Server\System names. Please stay tuned for more details to come  Have a great rest of day

This is good news. We are still working on 9.4 issues. The Health Report has been a big help, but still would like very much to see a proper header. We have to view multiple screens across our enterprise quickly. Headers will help to know which system we are looking at. Also, the drag bar is sticky. You click on it then it sticks until you click elsewhere. moving mouse automatically drags bar up and down. Not a click, hold down mouse button and drag.....just an FYI. We do like the health report.

Again, thanks for getting the power supply view submitted and pushed through.
