Cant change Portal Configuration language on ECA VE6120

Hi.

Is there an option to change all Portal Configuration and its messages in Spanish?

I tried, but the only option is English.

Controller’s version is 05.16.02.0020

Yes, I did. But when I added Spanish and saved

I went to other tab (i.e AAA, Groups, Rules, etc) and came back to Portal->Edit Configuration->Edit Locales and Spanish was deleted. I do not know why.

It seems was not saved, but I did it.

Could you double check if you saved it all?

From my side (running 5.16.3 the change is kept).

If it isn’t for you, you’ll have to open a GTAC case.
