Last year I asked about buying a licence for an AP122. It was suggested changing my account or signing up for the HiveManager Connect platform but at the time I was using it in my everyday work so wanted a paid account. That job is now gone and I would like to put the AP to some use. Unfortunately the link givent to me no longer works. Could someone point me in the right direction to move the AP over to the free platform?

Previous post:

https://community.extremenetworks.com/hivemanager-platform-233172/how-do-i-buy-a-hivemanager-license-7827228

Hi,

AFAIK once created, an instance of XIQ Pilot (ex. Select, ie. the paid one) can’t be simply reverted. They will probably have to recreate it somehow or make a totally new organizational instance of XIQ. In the second case you might need to call GTAC to free the serial number so that it could be used again in that new instance.

Hope that helps,

Tomasz
