I am having issues adding my AP250 to my extremeIQ. I am getting the following error:

A stake record of the device was found in the redirector

the serial number is:

02501707281017

Also, i have this other AP250, serial number: 02501707280806

Same error!

Hi Paul, thanks for letting us know and for the pictures. I found the old records that are causing that error for you, and I've reached out to the original owner to get permission to remove those old records. As soon as we can do that, you should be able to add these devices to your own inventory. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back on that request.
