Hi.
i have aerohive ap121, but when i add it to my cloud it gives me an error.
"A stake record of the device was found in the redirector."

Can you help me delete them from the old cloud? so I can add them to my cloud.

Hi Rostislav, thanks for providing that serial number. I was able to find the old records for this device and I've reached out to the original owner to get their permission to remove these records. Once we've done that, you should be able to add this AP to your inventory. I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything new, please feel free to check in with me here any time for an update.
