Hi Sam Pirok
I have one aerohive AP550 (05501610141516), but when i add it to my cloud it gives me an error "A stake record of the device was found in the redirector."
Can you help me delete them from the old cloud? so I can add them to my cloud.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out and for providing that serial number. I was able to find the old record and have reached out to the previous owner to get their permission to remove the old record.
