    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, with devices on 6.1r6, you need to go to 6.2r1 first, and then you can jump to any later version of firmware without moving stepwise through all of the versions. Could you please try upgrading to 6.2r1 first and let us know if you still have any issues upgrading your devices?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have several AP141 running OS&amp;nbsp;Aerohive Boot Loader v1.0.0.41, Build time Wed Jun 11 04:43:36 2014&lt;BR /&gt;HiveOS 6.1r6.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a factory reset via the rest button, I can log into via the&amp;nbsp;serial connection.&amp;nbsp;I can access the u-boot menu.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to upgrade via&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://aus.extremecloudiq.com/#/devices" target="_blank"&gt;https://aus.extremecloudiq.com/#/devices&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can add the AP141, however the upgrade process fails.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;"The Aerohive device was unable to save the image to flash memory. Reboot and try again.
