      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We recently acquired a second-hand Aerohive switch, and we're facing some challenges with onboarding it. The previous owner removed it from their account, but we're encountering the following error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"23241811020043A stale record of the device was found in the redirector."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We've tried troubleshooting on our end but haven't been successful in resolving this issue. We would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance in resolving this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance for your help, and we look forward to any advice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Serial number of the switch :&amp;nbsp;23241811020043&lt;/P&gt;</description>
