Upgraded firmware from 7.31.02.0010, directly to 8.01.01.0251 or higher. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;B&gt;Symptoms&lt;/B&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
Windows XP-SP3 clients cannot connect to the Wireless VNS using PSK authentication.&lt;BR /&gt;
Other systems, including Windows 7, Linus, and Apple Mac devices, are able to connect. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;B&gt;Cause&lt;/B&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
An apparent result of the one-step upgrade without staging through 7.31.06.0007 as recommended in release notes (&lt;A href="http://bit.ly/1wgot2U" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"&gt;15070&lt;/A&gt;). &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;B&gt;Solution/Workaround&lt;/B&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
Avoid this issue by using the recommended staged upgrade process. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Workaround:&lt;BR /&gt;
Resolve this issue by changing the PSK password to another value and saving the configuration, then changing it back to the original value and saving the configuration.</description>
