Not passing traffic.

Some combination of "Cell pointer CRC errors", "Cell pointer block CRC errors", "SCHAN errors", and/or "Memory parity errors" detected on SoC unit 0 or 1;
seen in CLI console, Syslog, logging buffer ('show logging buffer'), 'show support', and/or current.log (5487).
