Symptoms
Unit does not provide Power over Ethernet to PoE clients.
"PoE timeout while in reset and recovery mode" errors seen in syslog, the logging buffer ('show logging buffer' or 'show support'), and possibly the current.log (5487).

For the D-Series, upgrade to firmware 6.03.12.0006 or higher.
Release notes state, in the 'Changes and Enhancements in 6.03.12.0006' section:

For the C3 and B3-Series, upgrade to firmware 6.61.07.0010 or higher.

Fixed a semaphore deadlock in POE with the following error "broad_poe.c(5001) 182 % PoE timeout while in reset and recovery mode".

For the C2-Series, no firmware fix is expected.
