Upgraded to the 6.51 or 6.61 firmware line.

Symptoms
Using SSH access, the output of '

code:

show

' commands takes noticeably longer.
For example, a '

code:

show port status

' and '

code:

show support

' might take 6 seconds with 6.42 firmware, but 35 seconds with 6.61 firmware.
Telnet and Serial Console access respond well, with any firmware version.

Cause
Due to government certification requirements, the SSH activity logging has been made more robust.
This affects the response time regardless of whether or not the Secure Logging functionality has been user-enabled.

Solution
For the I/G/C3/B3-Series, Functions as Designed (FAD).
For the C5/B5/A4-Series, upgrade to firmware 6.71.01.0067 or higher.
