S/N/K-Series 'debug ip bgp update' output does not match EBGP Peer Updates

Changes
From the router configuration CLI, issued the 'debug ip bgp update' command.

Symptoms
BGP debug update information does not accurately reflect EBGP peer update activity.
Log output can show in excess of 40,000 routes withdrawn, when in fact there are only a few route changes.

For example, with firmware 7.71.02.0005:

Solution
For the S-Series, upgrade to firmware 8.11.01.0014 or higher.
For the N-Series, not expected to be fixed.
For the K-Series, upgrade to firmware 8.11.03.0005 or higher.
