&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;B&gt;Symptoms&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;/B&gt;Unit ceases to function.&lt;BR /&gt;
Management stops responding.&lt;BR /&gt;
No Host, Switching, or Routing operation.&lt;BR /&gt;
Power supply LED (on rear) is green, but no other LEDs (on front) are lit.&lt;BR /&gt;
Power is not totally failed, as the fans are operating at high speed.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;B&gt;Solution/Workaround&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;/B&gt;Please &lt;A href="http://www.enterasys.com/support/contact-support.aspx" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"&gt;contact the GTAC&lt;/A&gt; for assistance.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Workaround: Power cycling the unit (removing then reinserting the power cable) will recover its operation, for awhile.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
