Symptoms
Does not automatically form a dynamic Link Aggregation (LAG) upon ethernet cable attachment.

Cause
Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) is not enabled by default on a per port basis.

On the C3, C2, B3, B2, and A2-Series products, LACP is enabled both globally and per port.
On the C5 and B5-Series, the defaults are different: enabled globally but disabled per port.

Solution
Use the 'set port lacp port <port#> enable' command to enable LACP on ports as required.
