Hi everyone,

I am currently using an AP350 model and managing it through ExtremeCloud IQ. My device is currently running on firmware version 5.1.5.0.

I tried updating it to the latest version, 6.5r16, but the process failed. It seems the jump between these versions might be too large, and unfortunately, the system doesn't show any intermediate firmware versions for me to select.

Does anyone have older/intermediate firmware files that are compatible with the AP350? If so, could you please share them with me?
