    <description>I have now resolved this issue by downloading the latest firmware (10.4r.3) from the Extreme Portal and updating the AP230 via the Web UI.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Note - I did have to enable "&lt;SPAN&gt;Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode (IE mode)" in Edge and then select "Reload in Internet Explorer mode" for AP Web UI.&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have just added an Aerohive AP230 to our ExtremeCloud IQ Pilot and the O/S Version is shown as 6.2.1.0 (6.2r1a) however, whichever O/S version I attempt to update to I see "Device Update Failed", then "The Aerohive device was unable to save the image to flash memory.".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a way for me to manually update this AP, then Onboard again?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks, Andy</description>
