I purchased several used AP250 units on the Chinese second-hand market, but some have corrupted firmware. Note: I am able to access U-Boot mode.

Please note that the AP250 has already reached both its End of Sale (EoS) and End of Service Life (EoSL) milestones:

End of Sale (EoS): 15-May-21

End of Support/Service Life (EoSL): 15-May-26

The End of Service Life (EoSL) date marks the final day Extreme Networks provides service or support for the product. After this date, the product is considered obsolete, and all support services—including software downloads, documentation, and other product-related resources—will be removed from the Extreme Networks Support website.
