Sure thing, you’ll want to go to extremeportal.force.com, log in, and then go to the Downloads section from the top menu. From there you can drill down to the model you are working with and you should see the firmware files listed there.

Dear Sam,

Can you also send me the direct link for the latest SR2300P Firmware?

The download portal does not contain SR2300 firmware, only SR2200 firmware.

(Wich is not the same firmware)

Hi Albert, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately I don’t have any files for the SR23/SR24 series switches on hand, you’d need to open a case to request those files. I’m sorry I couldn’t be more helpful here. You can open a case by logging in to extremeportal.force.com> Support.
