Wireless Planner / RF Planner login Fail

Hi Community

I have an issue logging into the RF Planner tool.
My credentials worked fine last week but today claims "Invalid credentials".

Try to reset the password and always show "Unable to send the password reset request".

Hi there, thanks for your patience here. There was a server issue previously, but that has since been resolved. Can you try again and let us know if you're still having issues logging in to the RF planner?
