Favourite GTAC engineer in my timezone

The GTAC guys are generally all very good, especially the old timers, and I often see praise for them on the Enterasys "out-of-office" mailing list, but my vote for favourite goes to Alex Rotaru (even when he tells me to log a case). Who is your favourite?

Let’s see, I have a few that are great no matter what the situation is. Tom Currier, Jason Noni, Doug Hyde, there are definitely others, sorry if I forgot some of your names. Enterasys sure has a great GTAC team!

GTAC Guys are great... I like to work with Robert Morgenthaler, Gregory Hayden, Mike Nikitas and Brian Townsend. They are very helpful and friendly.

In my 15 years experience as a customer, I can safely say that all the Enterasys GTAC people that I have come across are excellent and it is unfair to single out a favourite. But having said that, I remember that Alex makes damn good coffee, so guess that's worth a bit extra!!!

For many of the cases that I have opened, I recommend Elizabeth Tonkins support in Spanish.

Roberto is quick and concise response and always gives me a solution. Roberto, like other support, are essential for the proper functioning of the structure of Enterasys.
