https://community.extremenetworks.com/t5/general-discussion/provisioning/m-p/7769#M273 Hey,<BR /><BR />Concerning<BR />Switch hardware: Universal Platform 5520<BR />Management: XIQ-SE<BR /><BR />Maybe someone has an idea on how to accomplish the following in the easiest way:<BR /><BR />* Take switch from box<BR />* Plug in power and oob mgmt<BR />* Provisioning (no manual intervention):<BR />** make VOSS the primary OS<BR />** boot into VOSS and give it a basic config<BR /><BR />I know there is ZTP(+), but you have to select VOSS (Fabric Engine) instead of EXOS manually at first start.<BR />Maybe for 10 devices that could be done, but it is not practical for much more.<BR />The more switches you have, the less repeated actions you need.<BR /><BR />Furthermore: ZTP uses an initial IP obtained by DHCP for OOB MGMT to connect to XIQ-SE.<BR />What if the final mgmt address (supposed to be used in XIQ-SE) is a different one?
