I forget my BigMachines Account

usually im using this link https://extreme.bigmachines.com/commerce/display_company_profile.jsp?page=%2Fcommerce%2Fdisplay_comp... to Configuring and quoting. but now i cant Login because i forget password. also i cant find it in my email.

and when i try to Reset, the resposn is this

There, you'll find some additional information and an email address that should help you to get your password reset.

Hi Leonardo,
I see now that your user account isn't configured as a partner account, which is why your access to this page isn't working. I'll contact the partner portal group to check what's going on here.

i dont understand why im not configure as a partner? because my company is one of Platinum Partner with Extreme Networks

It is an easy mistake to make when registering for a portal account. I think that's what happened. Your company's account is correct.
