Hey Jimmy

George is correct the warranty for the 450a is one year. If you have it under service and have maintained that contract the whole time then it should be covered.

"If you have it under service and have maintained that contract the whole time then it should be covered."

This service contact you speak of is akin to when you buy say a TV at Walmart, and as your checking out they ask you do you want an additional 2 year warranty for 59.99?

And where can we look it up if its under this type of contract?
Hello Jimmy,

The folks in the TAC would have been able to tell you if it was under contract or not.
I did look up the SN and don't see any active contracts. The last time this product was covered under a contract was back in 2013.
