I already read your very much advertising touched explanation of “extreme works” and listened to the video but up to now I don’t know the difference! between both “works” and “works plus”.

Short explanation challenge accepted! PartnerWorksPlus means the partner has stock on hand to help customers with new purchases or RMAs, PartnerWorks means they do not have stock on hand but can order it when needed. Is that what you were looking for?
