      <title>Cannot open a new Support Case</title>

      <description>Tried 4 times, with more or less characters in the original message. No luck.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Every time I want to open open a case I get 404.&lt;BR /&gt;

I think GTAC should see this. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
But whenever your case is urgent, just call them via phone. Line is cost-free and they often resolve the problem with first call. Or at least you see you have someone looking at it, which is motivating from the very beginning.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Yep, I just didn't want to waste their resources as I do not really have support (yet). Was looking to download some MLXe firmware for the lab equipment I have.</description>
