Is that multiple choice or you need to write the answer in a field.

Try 172.16.16.0 255.255.240.0 if it's a field and if that still doesn't work I'd assume that the test is wrong.
IP Addressing Help

I have repeatedly attempted to answer a question in the IP Addressing section of the Introduction to Networking course, but have been unable to get the correct answer. The question is asking me to find the network address of 172.16.24.10/20. The answer I keep coming up with is 172.16.16.0/20, but that keeps coming up as incorrect. The question says that you can answer in dotted decimal or CIDR notation. It would be great if I could get some help to explain where I am going wrong.
It is an answer the field. I have tried that answer as well, and unfortunately it has not accepted that answer either.

Have you tried just "172.16.16.0" without any mask/CIDR notation at all?
I hate those tests. Especially when they start picking nits and stop reflecting reality.
