NetSight 7.0.9.4 DeviceView error..

Hi,

Today I was working with my clients NetSight system and without any obivious reason, Network->Devices->SwitchXYZ->Open Device View (arrow head down from next to switch name...) started to throew “Could not load report”-error (see full error message below)

I don’t know if this has nothing to do with anything but device view were working ok at first but after I ran multiple times one script agains to new switch having wrong connection profile from device view’s port (script uses $port so need to have port reference...)

I had change to reboot both NAC and NetSight servers but it did not do any good… Any idea how to debug/fix this problem? I’m quite “new” in Extreme scene so if I have to dig log data from the system please do tell where to find needed data…

Mostly this issues have to do with user account. Clearing User data help.

But your version is more than 4,5 years old. I would strongly recommend you to update this software.

Logged in user settings “Clear browser data” fixed this issue

System upgrade is my clients decision at this moment so cannot do much about it at this moment.
