Hello,

I have a customer who is experiencing issues with their VX9000 Virtual Machine. Below is what was sent to me by our customer. Any ideas on what could be going on? Below is a screen shot of the boot e rror.

"The VM is not responding and we can't see anything when we log into the VX9000 program. The VM gives us a file error when it boots. I've attached an image for your reference"
