Good morning,

We havea Ssite Engine as Radius server to authenticate/authorize management access to switches. I haven't been able to find the logs for these requests for troubleshooting purposes.

If anyone knows, I will highly appreciate your help.

Hi Aleandro,

From my experience, you need to:

right click on one of your NAC gateway from "Control Engines List" and choose "WebView"

from the new tab opened, go to "Diagnostic\Applicance Server Diagnostics"
on entry "Authentication Request Processing - RADIUS", select "Verbose" from drop-down menu and click "OK" at the bottom of the web page

select in the right menu "Log Files" then "RADIUS Log"

You should then be able to diagnose RADIUS authentication processes for this NAC Gateway.
