Hi Katie,

With XMC, do you mean XMC class will be gone but XIQ-SE class will be there, or is it going to be XIQ-SE somehow incorporated into XIQ set of classes?

Thanks,

Tomasz

Hi,

we are planning our course schedule for the first half of 2022. Could we have a list of classes that are available during this time?

List of classes active till Jul 2022?

List of classes the will retired in the next 11 month with date of retirement?

The reason for my question is that in recent years we have repeatedly sold courses that were then discontinued at short notice. Also this time we have the Campus Fabric (4-Days) until the end of 2021. sold several times. Therefore, it would be nice if we could get a little planning reliability. If you are not sure what will happen in the future for some courses, you can make a list with the courses that are safe.

Furthermore it would be nice if this topic is updated regularly.

Regards

Patrick

Hi Katie,

great, thanks. Maybe you could update this article if you have more detailed information. We (and I assume other ATPs too) are having some organizational issues with the changes. We plan about 6 months in advance to have enough time to fill the courses after planning and advertising. It would be nice if there was a transition period for the old and new courses. Just like other manufacturers (e.g. Cisco) do.

Maybe you can use something like the following process:

Announce the change to the ATPs

ATPs get the new class material (at least the beta version) and lab design 3 month before the official class announcement/release to partners/customers

the old class is available for 3 month after the new one is released

the old exam is available for the old classes (45 days after the last class)

Regards

Patrick

Hi Tomasz

My understanding is that the plan is that XMC will be retired and there will be a new class - XIQ-SE
