08G20G4-48P firmware update

i'm using the 08G20G4-48P and i need help to upload the firmware, when i try to upload the latest version the process stop at 90 %. ( current firmware version 01.02.01.0011)

Do you use the GUI for the upgrade ?
Leave the destination field empty and choose the new firmware as source like this...

What software version do you try to upgrade to... please provide the full file name.
