Hey guys, I can't find a firmware download section for the B5 switches. The links go up to B3? Please see the attached screenshot.

Your screen shot shows that you have moused over the legacy products (it is high lighted in the sample see the black line with the clear/white background) tab not where the pointer in the picture is. All of those products are in the legacy folder.

The B5 firmware download link is "hidden" in the "Switching & Routing" tab under the heading "ExtremeSwitching - Stackable".
