I would first try powering down the unit and give it some time and then power it back on.
In most cases this is a RMA but we could also review the current.log and show support)
Instructions below.
This gives you a chance to grab your configuration

SecureStack Files to Collect- Commands
Cases and Escalations
The following information is needed when working on Secure Stacks
If there was a crash/reset
1. SnapDmp files
    a. dir Dmp (This shows all of the files that are hidden with a doing a dir)
b. and then type:
copy Dmp tftp://x.y.z.w/name.z will bundle all of the files from all of the units into one file.
Example from lab:
(su)->copy Dmp tftp://10.26.196.5/C3Stack.z
copy Dmp tftp://192.168.65.234/C3Stack.z

2. Show Support
a. start logging the console session
b. type Show Support

3. Current.log
   a. copy logs/current.log tftp://172.20.31.137/current.log
copy logs/current.log tftp://10.21.29.38

Another option:
reboot and when the option comes up with a 1 or 2 selection
Pick 2, Administrator
Then there would be an option of 9-8 or 8-7 depending on the product Which should give you the option to clear config to factory default and then reboot.
Note:
This does not clear the configurations saved on the unit so you you could either reload the config or TFTP off to a TFTP server
Correction on the last line /current.log was missing

3. Current.log
   a. copy logs/current.log tftp://172.20.31.137/current.log
copy logs/current.log tftp://10.21.29.38 /current.log
