    <description>Thats righ so sorry I didn't notice .. but in this two switches when I open the device view I couldn't see the port states! when I oppened a neighbor switch and check the port connected to the first error giving switch I only see the mac!&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
and I have no alarms... I reconfigured snmp to solve the issue!</description>

      <description>Some switches in my network are being displayed as down on the map while they're up ...&lt;BR /&gt;

I can remotely access them!&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Sorry but I don't see any switch that is down in your example.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
The orange arrow icon means that the device is up but there is an active alarm i.e. port down&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
