I am trying to support a group that has to configure their T8028 switch. I was trying to connect to their console port, but I have had a problem. I have been trying to use this "light blue" cable, that I believe was from a cisco switch. It doesn't seem to be working. I assume all these cables are wired just slightly differently. I want to confirm that this is correct, and would like to ask what cable I would need to order to get this console port working. Thank you.

We have an article written on how to make your own cable.
What is the pinout for RJ45 to DB9 console adapter for the legacy Enterasys devices?

I think giving your sales representative/ partner call would be a good Idea to purchase a few.
