enterasys A4 Copy firmware From Switch to PC?

Greetings to you
I'm tired from searching in Google about " how to save current firmware in switch to PC , The main goal from this is take a backup

I Know how to save config file to my pc it's easy by using this command

A4(su)->show config outfile configs/mysave.cfg

A4(su)->copy configs/mysave.cfg tftp://10.10.10.15/Ali_j_albasri.txt

File transfer operation completed successfully.

so the above command using to save config file to my PC using TFPT ,
we know in Cisco you can save IOS Image by using IOS name and TFTP
Like this command

copy flash/c2960-lanbase-mz.122-25.SEE2/c2960-lanbase-mz.122-25.SEE2.bin tftp:server

so i want to do that in Enterasys switches

Looks like Jason tried my next suggestion with the capital "I" instead of "i". Not sure then. So it's either a restriction of the switch and/or firmware, or perhaps it cannot be done with the file that's the active/boot firmware image. Not sure why that would be the case, but I've seen stranger things. My previous success was with S-Series switch.

This is not supported on the SecureStacks. You will need to call into the GTAC and open a C4(care Request) and management will review and comment if this request can be done.
Here the link to the contact information of the GTAC..
http://www.extremenetworks.com/support/contact/

The GTAC will open a ticket with your CR (change request).
Then product managment will decide whether the new function will be implemented into a new firmware build.
