Hello,

If you use XMC you can simply write a script to turn on and another script to turn off the ports. With the scheduler you can start the scripts. With the XMC it is easy to change the ports for a lot of switches.

Hello,

I am attempting to create a script that allows us to enable/disable ports at a certain time, on weekdays only and cannot find a proper guide on how we would do this, i am wondering if anyone else has come up with a solution - or could point me in the right direction

Hello again,

if you don't have XMC, another approach is to use a UPM script. This is well described here:

https://community.extremenetworks.com/extremeswitching-exos-233219/schedule-a-script-5899525

However, you have to configure this script on each of the affected switches. Therefore XMC, if available, is the better choice.
