      <description>Hello anyone! New to ExtremeCloud. Inherited a Virtual Appliance for a client. I am not sure where to turn for assistance at the moment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Details of the VA:&lt;BR /&gt;26GB RAM (not sure requires that much)&lt;BR /&gt;190GB VHD&lt;BR /&gt;Running XIQ Build 21.1.20.27-IQVA&lt;BR /&gt;Running on VMware &lt;SPAN&gt;6.5.0 Update 3 (Build 13932383)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Issue: the Web UI will become unusable. Accessing the VMWare Console to the VA is really slow to respond.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A reboot will fix it for a while, a day or two.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was told to check the logs. However the Web UI will kick back, when it is accessible, an error that it can't access the data. So I can't view the logs through that. Unfortunately I don't have ROOT credentials&amp;nbsp;to the XIQ Console and the netcfg account is limited.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>
