This has to do with the On-Prem XIQ Cloud Portal setup. Version 21.20. Not the XIQVA Management Web UI.&nbsp;<BR /><BR />I have the previous tech's email addr and pass as he passed it on to me to take care of. His account/email addr login works. I setup my own admin account under Global Settings &gt; Account Management. I get the email stating login via NVGA or RADIUS. I assume NVGA is what I want. But have attempted both. I set the password to the new admin account. It kicks back to login screen. I login with my new admin email addr and password but it states it's wrong. Re-login with provided previous admin's creads no issues.&nbsp;<BR /><BR />What I do wrong?
