Im finding it difficult to understand what you want to achieve? if PC1 is connected to switch0 via an access VLAN 3 port you want to know if i can talk to PC4 on vlan 2?? What are the ports configured as on both switches going through to the hub?

As long as the switch ports connected to the hub are on vlan 2 and configured as access port. I don't think you will have a problem.
