Unable to give exam ESS - Data Center

I'm disabled to give back the ESS - Data Center exam, I tried four times to do it and I never passed it. I would like to give it back now but it is days I no longer give the option to take the exam after I have enrolled. WHY???

I managed to do the courses positively passing the final exam but does not appear "View Certificate" ... very strange this situation.

Could you please take a look at this again? I'm told that the certificate needed an update and should show up now.

Attempted EDS- data center exams three times bt didnt mange to pass, now cant acess take exam.
