Repeat EDS exam

Hi,

unfortunately, I failed an EDS exam twice.
After I worked through the training documents again, I would like to take the exam again. When or how is this possible? I am only informed that I have already used my two attempts. But how long is the blocking period? Thank you for help.

Lars,

Drop an email to learn@extremenetworks.com explaining that you have failed twice and that you would like to request a reset. Please explain your reasons for requesting the reset of status, if you feel the exam to be incorrect please include examples if you can. Could you please also include the EDS class you failed.

Hi, I was taking a certification exam in Extreme Dojo Platform when, I don't know why, my browser froze and the only way to make it react was to forcefully close. I could not finish the exam. I would like to know if this counts as a failed attempt, of the two allowed attempts. Thanks in advance.
