I can't Log in on Extreme Management Center

Hi Friends,

I installed XMC latest version .OVA file in ESXi server.
I typed all the required credentials as "root" even password is "root"

but upon accessing it on web via remote client launch, I can't log in even I followed the manual guide.

I tried all possible but it cannot log in.

username: root\root
password: root (or leave it as blank)

username: root
password: root (or leave it as blank)

username: MON-PC\root
password: root (or leave it as blank)

I have version 8.0.3.5.3 my username is netsight (XMC old name) I changed my default password i don't remember what it was.

How did you recover your password? did you able to log in now?

I changed it when installed it. Did you go through the setup via the console in ESXi ? that should be root with no password.
