A stale record of the device was found in the redirector for a secondhand AP30

Just purchased a secondhand AP30 and tried to onboard it and got the Stale Record error.

The previous owner swears he removed it from all applicable places but still got the error.

@SamPirok: Can you please assist in releasing Serial 00301901221919 ?
