Activating MFA for all users in XIQ

Hello everyone,

In our company we run multiple XIQ environments, for ourselves and servicedesk employees who work at our customers.
In order to enhance security for these environments we would like to have MFA enabled by standard, for existing and new users.

We have already looked into the "Google Authenticator" option under "Global Settings" when turned on this is for only one user, and can be turned off by the user himself.
Our question is if XIQ has an option to turn MFA on for all users by some kind of policy or different setting.

Hi Mark,

The MFA being on an admin-by-admin basis is by design and there is no current way to enforce MFA on all admin accounts. If you want, we do offer SAML/SSO integration for the VIQ so you can limit access to the VIQ to those who can log in via a IdP initiated SSO portal.
