Hello,
I got my Aerohive SR2208P second-hand and got Error 2: A stake record of the device was found in the redirector. Could someone please assist me what to do so I can add my device to ExtremeCloud IQ Connect?
The Serial Number is:
22081607200509

Hello, I would usually be able to help with this for IQE devices, but for SR22xx and SR23xx switches you would need to open a support case to request help with removing the previous stake records. I’m sorry I couldn’t be more helpful here.
